Madras HC: Can’t Blame School Authorities And Teachers for Every Student’s Suicide - (04 Nov 2022)

Madras High Court while criticizing the trend of parents implicating school authorities and teachers for student’s committing suicide has observed that teachers and headmasters could be made liable only if there was sufficient evidence regarding their misconduct.
