SC Dismisses Plea Filed for Ensuring Education of Migrant Workers' Children During Pandemic - (04 Nov 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has granted liberty to petitioner to withdraw a petition which sought to provide for a Uniform Education Policy to the children of migrant workers amid the COVID-19 pandemic, stating that passage of time has made this matter infructuous.
