Delhi Court: Possession of Jihadi Literature No Offence Unless Philosophy Executed to Commit Acts - (03 Nov 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi Court has held that mere possession of jihadi literature would not amount to an offence under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act unless there is material to show execution of such philosophy to commit terrorist acts.
