Patiala House Court: Courts in Delhi Duty-Bound to Record Evidence in Hindi Upon Request - (02 Nov 2022)

Patiala House Court, Delhi has held that courts in the national capital are duty-bound to record evidence or any other proceedings in Hindi whenever such a request is made.
