Del HC: Courts Shouldn’t Interfere in Issue of Increase in Salary of Office Bearers Unless Arbitrary - (02 Nov 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that increase in salaries of office bearers of a Commission is a policy decision of the State, and the courts should refrain from interfering with the same unless it is found to be manifestly arbitrary or unreasonable.
