SC: Reference to Facilitation Council Maintainable In Spite of Independent Arbitration Agreement - (01 Nov 2022)

Supreme Court has held that reference made to Facilitation Council is maintainable in spite of an independent arbitration agreement existing between the parties to whom the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 is applicable.
