Del. HC: Lack of Speed Not Sufficient to Initiate Contempt Action for Disobedience of Judicial Order - (01 Nov 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that the lack of speed in implementing a judicial order would not be sufficient for a court to take contempt action against the authorities on the ground of deliberate and willful disobedience under Contempt of Courts Act.
