Delhi HC Questions Centre on Failure to Provide Security at Subramanian Swamy’s Residence - (31 Oct 2022)

Delhi High Court while questioning Centre about how it plans to provide security to Subramanian Swamy at his private residence has held that he is not just a private citizen, but a person to whom the government has granted Z category security.
