Chhattisgarh HC Acquits Sarpanch U/S 354 IPC for Holding Hand of Prosecutrix - (31 Oct 2022)

CRIMINAL

Chhattisgarh High Court has acquitted a former Sarpanch for offence under Section 354 IPC after holding that there is nothing on record to prove that he held the prosecutrix's hand with bad intention.
