Karnataka HC: POCSO Act Overrides Personal Law - (31 Oct 2022)

Karnataka High Court while rejecting the argument that minor Muslim girl's marriage upon attaining puberty will not contravene Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006 has held that POCSO Act being a Special Act will override personal law.
