Bombay HC Quashes BMC Order Revoking Permission to hold Chhath Puja to Group Backed by NCP Leader - (28 Oct 2022)

Bombay High Court has quashed BMC's decision to revoke the permission granted to a Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) backed organization to hold Chhath Puja in Ghatkopar, Mumbai on October 30-31st.
