Delhi HC: Frivolous Litigations Can be Put to End At Any Stage - (28 Oct 2022)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court while observing that judiciary is grappling with huge pendency due to frivolous litigations has held that an attempt must be made by courts to dismiss the same on very first date without any delay and must not continue merely because certain procedural motions have to undergo.
