DCDRC Holds Uber Liable for Driver's Negligence Leading Passenger to Miss Her Flight - (27 Oct 2022)

CONSUMER

District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (DCDRC), Mumbai has held Uber responsible for the driver’s negligence and directed Uber to pay a lawyer Rs. 20,000 for a missed flight to Chennai owing to delays caused by the driver.
