Gujarat HC Upholds Amendment To Medical PG Eligibility Criteria - (21 Oct 2022)

CONSTITUTION

Gujarat High Court has observed that the notification amending the eligibility criteria for participating in the admission process of various postgraduate medical courses within the State, is to be constitutionally valid.
