Bombay HC Directs Lower Courts To Comply With SC, HC Orders & Processes Based On E-Copies - (21 Oct 2022)

CIVIL

Bombay High Court amended the Civil Manual, 1986 and Criminal Manual 1980 directing compliance of Supreme Court and Bombay High court orders based on the e-copies without insisting on a hard copy of the same.
