SC Upholds 20% quota for Officers in Maharashtra in PG Medical Admissions - (21 Oct 2022)

Supreme Court has upheld the decision of the Maharashtra government to provide 20 per cent reservation for in-service officers in postgraduate medical admissions in the state.
