Kerala HC Cancels Anticipatory Bail Of Writer-Activist Civic Chandran In Sexual Harassment Case - (20 Oct 2022)

Kerala High Court while allowing the state government and victim's petitions challenging the sessions court order, has rejected anticipatory bail of Civic Chandran, author and social activist, in a sexual harassment case.
