Bombay HC Dismisses Plea By Uddhav Faction Against 'Diwali Pahat' To Be Conducted By Shinde Faction - (20 Oct 2022)

Bombay High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by a member of Uddhav Thackeray led faction challenging Thane Municipal Corporation's (TMC) permission to two members of CM Eknath Shinde faction to conduct Diwali Pahat, an annual musical event on the first day of Diwali.
