Delhi HC: Notice Stating Right To Initiate Arbitration Not A Notice U/S 21 A&C Act - (20 Oct 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has held that a notice issued by a party, stating its right to initiate arbitral proceedings, which it would subsequently initiate if the payment was not made by the opposite party, is a unilateral communication which does not qualify as a notice under Section 21 of A&C Act.
