Delhi HC: Arbitral Tribunal Cannot Recall the Order Terminating the Arbitral Proceedings - (20 Oct 2022)

ARBITRATION

Delhi High Court has observed that once the arbitral tribunal terminates the arbitration proceedings on account of claimant withdrawing its claims, it cannot recall the order of termination order.
