Delhi HC: Initiation Of Proceedings Under SARFAESI Act Does Not Bar Arbitration Of Disputes - (20 Oct 2022)

Delhi High Court has ruled that the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI) provides a remedy in addition to the adjudication and hence, initiation of proceedings does not bar the arbitration of disputes.
