Kar. HC: Second Award prohibited w.r.t Land Acquired By Notification Issued u/s 3-A & 3-D of NH Act - (17 Oct 2022)

LAND ACQUISITION

Karnataka High Court while setting aside the second award passed by the competent authority, held that National Highways Act does not provide for issuing a second award with respect to the land acquired pursuant to Notifications under 3-A and 3-D of the Act.
