Ker. HC Bars Display of Advertisements in State Transport Buses, Cites Distraction to Other Drivers - (17 Oct 2022)

CIVIL

Kerala High Court has directed the Transport Commissioner and State Police Chief to take the necessary steps to ensure that no Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus exhibiting advertisements on the body are allowed to operate in public places.
