Delhi HC: Limitation Period for Arbitration Dispute Commences After Pre-Arbitration Mechanism fails - (17 Oct 2022)

LIMITATION

Delhi High Court has ruled that the period of limitation for referring the dispute to arbitration would only commence after the internal dispute resolution mechanism fails.
