Delhi HC: Mutual Respect Between Bar And Bench Essential for Vibrant Legal System - (12 Oct 2022)

Delhi High Court while observing that lawyers are expected to always address court with deference and adverse remark by a judge against counsel in a judicial order have serious consequences, has held that mutual respect between the bench and bar is essential for a vibrant and vigorous legal system.
