SC Dismisses Plea Seeking to De-Register Parties for Not Publishing Candidates' Criminal Antecedents - (11 Oct 2022)

Supreme Court has dismissed writ petition seeking directions to the Election Commission of India to de-register political parties which fail to publish details regarding criminal cases of its candidates.
