Guj. HC: Banners of Committees Become Immaterial, When Citizens are Permitted to Celebrate Festivals - (10 Oct 2022)

Gujarat High Court has held that what is important is that the festivals are allowed to be celebrated, and it is immaterial under whose banner the same are being celebrated.
