J&k&L HC: Situation in Kashmir Doesn’t Permit Disclosure of Confidential Info. in Detention Order - (10 Oct 2022)

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that the disclosure of confidential and sensitive information in the grounds of detention of a person detained under Public Safety Act can be counter-productive to the maintenance of normalcy in the Valley.
