Bombay HC Expresses Alarm at Over 2 Lakh Encroachments on Grazing Lands - (07 Oct 2022)

Bombay High Court has expressed alarm on being informed by the state government that there are 2,22,153 illegal constructions on government owned Gairan lands in the state and directed the state government to ensure that no further encroachments on such lands occur.
