SC: Sometimes Lawyers Only Obstruct Justice by Seeking Adjournment After Coming to Court Unprepared - (04 Oct 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court has lamented the practice of adjournments being sought by lawyers who come to court without preparing to argue the case, and stated that such practice is delaying justice delivery.
