Bombay HC: Custodial Interrogation is Not Imperative Merely Because Offence is Murder - (04 Oct 2022)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court while granting anticipatory bail to accused booked under Section 302 of IPC, has held that custodial interrogation of an accused is not mandatory merely because he is booked in a murder case.
