Allahabad HC Initiates Criminal Contempt Proceedings Against Litigants for Filing Forged Documents - (30 Sep 2022)

Allahabad High Court has initiated suo moto criminal contempt proceedings against two litigants for filing forged documents before the high court and issued non-bailable warrants of arrest against them.
