Delhi HC Issues Guidelines for Better Functioning of Child Care Institutions - (29 Sep 2022)

Delhi High Court while issuing guidelines for better functioning of child care institutions in national capital, has held it is unfortunate that apathy of authorities is seeping through cracks and hampering development of those at a vulnerable age.
