Bombay HC: Daughter Making Monetary Demand from Father Not Meant to Abet His Suicide - (28 Sep 2022)

Bombay High Court while quashing FIR registered against woman accused of abetting suicide of her father, has held that it is unlikely that she demanded money from him with the purpose of driving him to commit suicide.
