SC: Permanent Injunction Can’t be Sought on The Basis of an Unregistered Agreement to Sell - (27 Sep 2022)

CIVIL

Supreme Court while observing that a relief of permanent injunction cannot be sought on the basis of such an unregistered document/agreement to sell, has held that plaintiff cannot get the relief indirectly which otherwise he/she cannot get in a suit for specific performance.
