Delhi HC to Trial Court: Consider Sharjeel Imam's Bail Plea Afresh - (27 Sep 2022)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while permitting Sharjeel Imam to withdraw his application for regular bail, has asked Trial Court to consider his application seeking relief under Section 436-A of CrPC, taking into consideration Supreme Court's order of keeping the offence of sedition in abeyance.
