MoF Grants Exemptions from Service Tax on Certain Services Provided by Govt. and Local Authorities - (15 Apr 2016)

Ministry of Finance (MoF) has granted business entities exemption from service tax on certain services provided by Govt. and local authorities. Over representations from business entities and industry associations, it issued a number of clarifications on April 13.
