Kerala HC Initiates Contempt Proceedings Against PFI Leaders for Illegal Flash Hartal - (23 Sep 2022)

Kerala High Court has initiated suo motu contempt proceedings against the leaders of Popular Front of India (PFI), noting the illegal call for flash hartal in the State, which was earlier banned by the Court.
