Delhi HC Allows 16 Yr Old to Terminate Pregnancy After Hospitals' Refusal Over No Police Complaint - (23 Sep 2022)

Delhi High Court while allowing immediate termination of pregnancy of minor girl has directed the Centre to ensure that the procedure is done at the national capital's All India Institute of Medical Science on government expenses.
