Delhi HC: Sale of Refurbished Hard Disks at Nehru Place Amounts to Trademark Infringement - (22 Sep 2022)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Delhi High Court has held that passing off old and used hard-disk drives, after tampering with their labels and printed circuit board, as new product is clearly an infringement of the trademark of the original manufacturer.
