SC Sets Aside NCDRC Order Awarding Compensation to Woman Who Gave Birth Despite Tubectomy Surgery - (22 Sep 2022)

CONSUMER

Supreme Court has set aside an order passed by National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) that directed a hospital to pay compensation to a woman who delivered a child despite undergoing tubectomy procedure.
