SC Calls for Status Report from Union, Internet Intermediaries on Steps Against Child Pornography - (20 Sep 2022)

Supreme Court has directed Additional Solicitor General Aishwarya Bhati to furnish status report of Government and internet intermediaries to the Court within a period of six months, in the matter regarding the issues pertaining to child sexual abuse, child pornography and rape/ gang rape videos.
