Delhi HC: Payment Aggregators Fall Within Definition of Payment System - (19 Sep 2022)

Delhi High Court has held that payment aggregators fall within the definition of designated payment system under Section 23A of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and that the Reserve Bank of India has the power to issue guidelines for efficient management for such payment systems.
