Bombay HC Takes Exception on CWCD's Refusal to Renew Licenses of 57 Child Care Homes - (19 Sep 2022)

Bombay High Court has taken strong exception to the decision of Commissioner of Women and Child Development (CWCD) to out-rightly reject license renewal proposals of at-least 57 NGOs under the Juvenile Justice Act 2015, without a hearing or giving them an opportunity to correct their defects.
