Bombay HC: Tehsildar Can Correct Revenue Records During Pendency of Acquisition Proceedings - (19 Sep 2022)

Bombay High Court has held that Tehsildar has the jurisdiction under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, to correct status of land in the revenue records which may substantially impact the amount of compensation, even if acquisition proceedings are pending before the High Court.
