Bombay HC Dismisses PIL to Change Nomenclature for Orphans in Government Records - (16 Sep 2022)

Bombay High Court while dismissing a PIL seeking to change the nomancleature for an orphan in Government records from "anath" to "swanath" or self-made, has held that there was no stigma attached to the word "anath".
