HP HC Issues Direction to POCSO Courts for Protection of Identity of Rape Victims - (16 Sep 2022)

CRIMINAL

Himachal Pradesh High Court has issued direction to the Special POCSO Courts to ensure that the identity of the child victim shall not be disclosed, at any time, during the course of investigation or trial.
