Allahabad HC: Crime Against Minor Girl Can Disturb Public Order Even if Committed in Secluded Place - (15 Sep 2022)

CRIMINAL

Allahabad High Court while upholding a detention order of the District Magistrate passed against a rape-murder accused under Section 3 (2) of the National Security Act, 1980 has held that crimes against minor girls create a sensation in the locality and it is bound to disturb public order.
