Jharkhand HC Orders Rs. 10 Lakhs Compensation to Blind Minor Girl Gang-Raped by Family Members - (15 Sep 2022)

CRIMINAL

Jharkhand High Court while ordering Rs. 10 lakhs compensation for blind minor girl who was subjected to gang-rape by her own family members, including brother and uncle, has directed State Government to establish rehabilitation centre at Ranchi to cater needs of victims of such heinous offences.
