Raj HC: Depriving Married Daughter from Compassionate Appointment Violates Articles 14 &16 - (14 Sep 2022)

Rajasthan High Court has held that depriving a married daughter from right of consideration for compassionate appointment, violates the right to equality under Article 14 and 16 of Constitution and cannot be countenanced.
